In June 2022, members of SPECTRA met in Maastricht to join the Open and Reproducible Musculoskeletal Imaging Research (ORMIR) community for a 3-day event involving workshops, tutorials, and hackathons. SPECTRA worked on converting algorithms for automatic segmentation of the periosteal and endosteal surfaces and 3D joint space width into modules using python and simple ITK libraries for Jupyter notebooks. We aim to share and implement among research groups in the next 12 -months.
